2. Cancellation Process:
Users may initiate a cancellation request at any time by sending an email to support@govmatters.in, specifying their registered mobile number or email ID. Membership cancellations will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the cancellation request.
3. Refund Policy:
Any payments made prior to the cancellation are non-refundable.
4. Continuation of Benefits:
Users will retain access to premium benefits until the end of the paid plan term, even if the cancellation occurs during the subscription period.
5. Dispute Resolution:
The company reserves the right to arbitrate in case of disputes arising from the cancellation or refund process.
6. Account Deletion:
